Download the v1.6.0 ZIP

Log into your account, go to Downloads and click the latest version of Laooz World Cup Predictor.

Replace the plugin (safe)

In your WordPress admin:

Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
Deactivate Laooz World Cup Predictor (don't delete it)
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Upload the new .zip and click "Replace current with uploaded"
Activate the plugin again

Your data is safe. Matches, predictions, rankings and settings are stored in your database — the update only refreshes the plugin code.

Quick answers about this update.

Do I have to pay for v1.6.0?

No — your existing license includes lifetime updates. Just download the new ZIP from your account and you're good to go.

Will I lose my matches, predictions or ranking?

No. All match data, user predictions, points and rankings live in your database — the plugin update only refreshes the code. We still recommend a database backup before any plugin update, just as a safe practice.

How do I switch the plugin to another language?

Go to Settings → General → Site Language in WordPress and pick the language you want. The plugin reads that value and switches automatically. Eight languages ship with v1.6.0: Spanish, English, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Italian, German, French and Dutch.

I customized the plugin's CSS — do I have to redo it?

If you customized the plugin via your theme's CSS using the .polla-laooz-root namespace, your changes carry over. If you edited plugin files directly, your changes will be overwritten — we recommend moving them to your theme.
